Application Process

At Administrative Fiduciary Services, we feel it is important to make the hiring process as transparent as possible. Our goal for the hiring process is to allow both you and Administrative Fiduciary Services to evaluate whether or not there is a mutual fit.

For entry-level candidates, the process typically takes under four weeks. For experienced hires, the process may take six-eight weeks.

Step 1 – Apply on our website or through the on-campus interviewing. These are the only applications that will be reviewed. This is necessary because we do not want to lose any applications!! To keep your application moving as quickly as possible, please attach your resume to your online application and complete any requested pre-employment forms. Depending on the position, the online application may include a few voluntary, anonymous questionnaires.

The remainder of the steps may vary slightly in order depending on how you apply and your experience level, but each of the steps will occur.

Step 2 – Applicants who pass an initial review will receive an invitation to do online testing. The actual tests vary by position. We use these tests to be better understand your personality and likelihood of you being successful at Administrative Fiduciary Services.

Step 3 – On-campus or phone interview

Step 4 – In-person interviews at one of our offices

Step 5 – Background search/reference check

Step 6 – Job offers to accepted candidates

If at any point, we decide there is not a good fit, we will send you an email through applicantstack.com. At any point you decide you are not interested, you may withdraw your application on applicantstack.com.
